RTT said it will be the worldwide partner of General Motors for the computer generated imagery (CGI) the carmaker uses for its marketing operations worldwide.
The Germany-based maker of software and 3D visualization products said it will be responsible for creating digital assets of GM’s Buick, Cadillac Chevrolet, GMC, Holden, Opel and Vauxhall brands.
The new five-year agreement expands an existing relationship between the two companies.
RTT already supplies GM with virtual garage models and content for European and Asian model presentations. Under the new global agreement, that content, which consists of hundreds of thousands of digital assets, will be expanded further.
