PSA/Peugeot-Citroen has appointed a company insider, Christophe Rauturier, to succeed Brigitte Cantaloube as CDO of the Paris-based automotive group.
Rauturier joined PSA in 1990 and has, in the past 27 years, held a range of positions at the company.
Most recently, he served as director of PSA’s Customer Digital Factory, a division tasked with delivering digital transformation projects for sales and customer relationships.
Earlier, Rauturier held various positions within the IT department in areas such as sales, supply chain, finance and R&D.
Cantaloube, who joined PSA from the French division of internet group Yahoo in February 2016, is leaving the company, PSA said. She is departing less than two years after having joined the company.
In a posting on LinkedIn, Cantaloube thanked PSA CEO Carlos Tavares for his “trust and support” and also praised her team for its “audacity, courage and commitment.”
And, in an indirect comment on her future career moves, she said that “it is now time for new adventures in London.”
