Microsoft has released the Cloud version of its Microsoft Dynamics CRM software outside North America.

The software maker said Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online will be available to customers in 40 markets in 41 languages.

Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer said in a statement the software “is fully embracing the Cloud.” He added that it would provide the same user experience as the traditional version, but he said it would enable “greater collaboration, streamlining of processes and access to real-time data.”

More than 11,500 customers and 2,000 partners have used Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 as part of a beta program, the company said. These include customers that have switched from competing solutions such as Salesforce.com.

Microsoft Dynamics is a line of integrated and customizable ERP and CRM applications that aim to  business decision-makers the tools to respond to changes in their market environment.
