This year's Tokyo Motor Show will, once again, feature a special exhibition of technologies aimed at urban mobility. The show will take place October 28 through Nov. 9 at the Tokyo Big Sight convention center.

The show will see a return of Fiat-Chrysler group brands Alfa Romeo, Fiat and Jeep. Fiat's Abarth brand will be present for the first time, as will PSA/Peugeot-Citroen's new upscale DS brand.

All 14 Japanese manufacturers will show new vehicles a the Tokyo event. In addition, 27 foreign car brands will be present.

The show covers passenger cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, parts and components and auto-related services. The theme of this year's exhibition is: "Your heart will race."

Smart Mobility City 2015 returns for the third time, providing an overview of technology building blocks for the city of tomorrow. The exhibit  provides an opportunity to test-drive autonomous vehicles and take an in-depth look at other new technologies.
