US online information services provider Enprecis will supply a complete survey and reporting platform in Chinese to Sinotrust, a major Chinese automotive market research company.
The partnership will help carmakers deepen their understanding of Chinese customers’ views on product quality, the two companies said in a press statement.
Enprecis will provide its Continuous Quality Insight (CQI) service, an online survey and reporting platform lets users monitor large volumes of real-time feedback for the global automotive industry. All feedback can be analyzed quickly using the platform.
The company, whose customers include Chrysler, Hundai, Jaguar and Nissan, said there is a growing need for customer feedback as cars become more complex and auto manufacturers are looking for ways to identify and fix problems faster.
For Seattle-based Enprecis, the partnership with Sinotrust provides an opportunity to grow its business in China, the fastest-growing major car market in the world. The company has a local office in Shanghai.
Said Enprecis CEO Richard Counihan: “China represents the future of the automotive industry.”
